Almost Home, Inc.

Since 1993 Almost Home has been providing assistance to those in our communities that find themselves facing homelessness and housing instability.

We serve the communities of both Adams and Weld counties.

In an effort to prevent homelessness and promote self-sufficiency clients meet with a case manager that will identify their housing crisis and develop a Housing Stabilization Plan. This plan will help the client develop a budget and identify goals and the steps needed to work towards self-sufficiency.

Our case managers will also provide clients with referrals and resources to help meet their household needs.
