This chapter is formed for charitable, benevolent, and eductional purposes relating to the promotion, support, development, and furtherance of the welfare of all Americans, particularly those of Japanese ancestry.
The chapter shall:
1.Promote, sponsor, and encourage programs, projects and activities which are designed to further the goals and objectives of the National Japanese American Citizens League.
2.Exercise leadership and conduct/sponsor public educational programs to inform the public of special contributions, needs, and problems of Americans of Japanese ancestry.
