The Posse Foundation is a comprehensive college access and youth leadership development program that identifies, recruits, and trains student leaders from public high schools and sends them in multicultural teams, "Posses," to top colleges and universities around the country. Posse Scholars have been awarded over $334 million in scholarships from Posse partner colleges and universities and are persisting and graduating at a rate of 90%--far higher than the national average.
