Our Mission : Working for all round development programme of remote area, rural and urban, minorities, poor, helpless in the field of education, health, relief, malnutrition, culture, socio-economic upliftment of the under privileged section of society etc. RAFSO is also involve with different types of community work especially in the remote areas. We arrange regular health checkup amps, free eye checkup, operations, water and sanitation drives etc. mainly for adolescent, women & children. Leadership building : RAFSO encourages its volunteers and members by giving them chances to take initiative and organize different programs. It tries to bring out their hidden qualities and give them more self confidence. RAFSO arranges special training for its volunteers so that they can be more effective in the area they are interested to work. Organizing Fairs : RAFSO organizes women entrepreneurs fair to provide market and give a platform to women entrepreneurs in these fair women are given stalls RAFSO also arrange Organized by different organization in Bihar and other states. Women entrepreneurs from across Bihar come and participate in these fairs and get connected to wider market and also get business leads. Cultural Activities : RAFSO has initiated art classes for children at its center, where young kinds are taught art forms like Painting, Music and Dane in its talent search programs. RAFSO frequently organizes various competitions as painting, essay, debate and singing. In these competitions children from different schools participate.
