EcoDEVA India (Environment Conscious / Ethno-cultural Oriented Development Alternatives in India), is an NGO based in central India with its reach to north and south India. We work on small projects with local communities and young passionate student volunteers / interns from universities and young professionals across the world. Our projects include:
- community based art and crafts, theatre and drama
- organic farming, herbal gardening, forestry management,
- animal husbandry and wildlife conservation
- green micro-businesses for women.
- development of home utility products with eco-features
- eco / renewable / alternative energy at household level
- waste management, water sanitation and conservation
- eco-building, bamboo furniture, clay materials
