I CAN SCHOOLS is a newly formed charter school management organization created by the founding leaders of a highly successful, award-winning, urban school in Cleveland, Ohio. A 501(c)(3) organization, I CAN SCHOOLS is creating a network of high performing elementary, middle and high schools in Ohio. This mission of I CAN SCHOOLS is to prepare students for a college preparatory high school that ensures acceptance and graduation from a four college and/or university. I CAN SCHOOLS is dedicated to providing all students with an education that supersedes standards of excellence held by most schools. In the fall of 2010, I CAN SCHOOLS will open two Kindergarten through Second grade schools on Cleveland’s East and Westside and one Kindergarten through Sixth grade school in Maple Heights, Ohio.
