Student Advocacy protects and advances students' educational rights to ensure equity and access to school. Our staff of education attorneys and advocates provide legally-based educational advocacy services to ensure that students with disabilities and other complex challenges receive the supports and services to which they are legally entitled and enable them to remain in school and succeed. We negotiate with school districts on behalf of families.
