Sequoia Living

Founded in 1958, Sequoia Living is a Bay Area-based nonprofit organization dedicated to providing older adults with stimulating, joyful living environments, as well as services that support and enrich their lives. Our mission is to provide homes and services for healthy aging.

Sequoia Living is composed of four continuing care retirement communities, three affordable housing communities, two senior centers and community services. Overall, Sequoia Living provides housing for 1,900 older adults in Northern California and serves an additional 2,300 seniors through our community service programs. 

Each day, we draw upon our core values of service, integrity, stewardship, teamwork, excellence, and respect. Guided by the belief that a diversity of backgrounds, styles, perspectives, values, and faiths is an asset to both communities and residents, Sequoia Living is committed to maintaining an inclusive, supportive, and responsive organization in which differences among all people are understood and appreciated.
