RCIS is a non-profit organization formed in 1978 to provide support and advocacy services to people hurt by sexual violence and to promote community education and awareness about the nature and scope of sexual crime in our community. All of our services are free of charge. Hotline volunteers are a key component of our services and help us to keep offering services.
