Our Mission: We work hand in hand with individuals and communities to transform lives by responding to expressed needs through cultural immersion, education, housing and health care.

Our Vision: We seek to build community one person, one family at a time. Our ongoing programs provide access to quality education, safe housing and health care. Our immersion trips encourage individuals to deepen their perspective and realize their potential impact locally, regionally and globally.

Many of our supporters begin their Hand in Hand journey with an immersion trip. It’s part of our recipe for success. Here’s how it works. Our program directors in each of our four locations identify a need. We find good-hearted people who meet the need. This lights a fire in the good-hearted people who share that fire with others.

This results in financial support for the organization, allowing us to identify the next need, the next good-hearted people, and on it goes. I do hope you’ll choose to join us on our journey to change lives!
