The Fax Partnership

The Fax Partnership is a nonprofit advancing equitable redevelopment along the East Colfax corridor by encouraging redevelopment of under-utilized parcels into community-benefiting projects; seeking to preserve existing affordable housing and developing new affordable housing; supporting commercial enterprise and property owners; advancing anti-displacement efforts; promoting diverse housing types; and advocating for improvement of transportation, walkability, health, and recreation for communities along East Colfax Avenue.
