KIPP Raices Academy

KIPP Raíces Academy is a free, open-enrollment, college-preparatory public school in East Los Angeles, opening in August 2008 with 100 Kindergarten students. By 2012, KIPP Raíces Academy will serve approximately 500 Kindergarten through 4th grade students. The school is a part of KIPP, the Knowledge Is Power Program, a national network of free, open-enrollment, college-preparatory public schools in under-resourced communities throughout the United States with a proven track record of success. KIPP Raíces Academy will be the first KIPP elementary school in California. We are looking for an outstanding faculty who will ensure our students receive the excellent education they deserve.
