Center for Sustainable and Cooperative Culture

Building radical social and ecological sustainability through intentional community, our small non-profit functions as the education and outreach arm of Dancing Rabbit Ecovillage. Situated on a 280 acre land trust, we promote participation in an ecological and connective lifestyle. We are a living laboratory, an education center, home to the Midwest's largest collection of natural buildings, and, most importantly, a community of folks trying to live differently in the name of climate resilience.

The Center for Sustainable and Cooperative Culture (CSCC) is the public facing organization of this community, in charge of web publications, social media, educational programs, fundraising, and interfacing with media and research inquiries. The CSCC is a Holacratic organization that values egalitarianism and self-direction, as well as the ability to resolve conflict and work with a highly empowered team.
