Miami Bayside Foundation

The Miami Bayside Foundation (MBF) is a nonprofit organization designed to advance economic development in the City of Miami through the support of minority businesses and education.MBF seeks to do this through the creation and administration of a loan programs for minority businesses, through the creation of programs and educational scholarships for minorities, and by providing technical assistance to local organizations engaged in economic development.In the last five years, MBF has awarded more than 500 scholarships to City of Miami minority students attending Miami Dade College, Florida International University, Florida Memorial University and Miami Dade Public High Schools. It also awarded close to 50 loans to minority-owned businesses that have helped create more than 175 jobs in the City of Miami, and created partnerships that have helped train more than 160 City of Miami minority business owners.
