In partnership with dedicated families, we provide need-based scholarships, one-on-one mentoring, and enrichment programs. We are the only organization providing this unique offering to elementary students in Chicago. Horizons for Youth is a not-for-profit, 501c(3) charitable organization, that was founded in 1990.
