The ACLU is widely recognized as the nation's premier defender of individual rights and fundamental freedoms. Core program areas are: First Amendment, Equality Rights, Privacy Rights, and Due Process. Our affiliate handles all issues arising in the San Diego and Imperial Counties areas of Southern California.
