DMC progams and services provide assistance to the aging and disability communities of Orange County, California.
DMC seeks to advance the empowerment, equality, integration, and full participation of people with disabilities in the community.
DMC is the largest Independent Living Center in California. Independent Living is a philosophy and a movement of people with disabilities who work for self determination, equal opportunities, and self respect. A non-residential facility, DMC exists to enable persons with disabilities to succeed in every arena they desire.
