We are looking for a part-time math tutor, part-time science tutor, and full-time Language Arts tutor.
We are a small, independent academic tutoring program working with diverse families and focusing on bridging the education gap. We do this by focusing on the whole child and the whole family. Our staff, the children, and the families are a team working together to help each child reach their highest potential. We are also committed to nurturing a peaceful and supportive community. To that end, we are highly invested in the Restorative Circle Process, working with trained Circle keepers, training in-staff colleagues in this process, and requiring participation from students, staff, and families alike. In order to bring joy, enhance and deepen learning, we also use arts-integrated academics and take frequent field trips.
