HACC was established in 1964. We are the largest and oldest of Pennsylvania's 14 community colleges. We are the sole institution of its kind serving the Central PA region with 5 campuses located in Harrisburg, Lancaster, Lebanon, Gettysburg, and York. We also have a Workforce Development/Non-Credit programing area and Virtual Learning opportunities that engage people all over the world in higher learning.
