AVHS utilizes all available resources to ensure each animal is placed into a loving and forever home and promotes responsible pet ownership through education and outreach.
AVHS is a local, independent 501(c)3 non-profit, which relies on pet licensing fees and donations to fund the shelter and educational programs.
