WAFF is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to the visions of a global family by creating programs that promote cultural diversity while nurturing and mentoring the vision, talents and ideas of young people who are positively changing the world. Through initiatives like TEDxTeen and Three Dot Dash, WAFF amplifies the voice of young people, connecting them with brands, mentors and partners who are at the forefront of global impact.

Founded in 2002 as a response to 9/11, our founder, legendary musician Nile Rodgers, wanted WAFF to be bigger than his world renown song, “We Are Family”. Nile Rodgers amplifies musicians. We Are Family Foundation amplifies youth.
