The Geneva Initiative is a non-profit, non-governmental organization working toward a two-state solution of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. The GI provides realistic and achievable solutions on all issues, based on previous official negotiations, international resolutions, the Quartet Roadmap, Clinton Parameters, Bush Vision, and Arab Peace Initiative.
The Geneva Initiative Tel Aviv and Ramallah based NGOs educate and campaign, both locally and internationally, presenting a blueprint for Israeli-Palestinian peace and preparing public opinion and leadership to be accepting of the compromise required to solve the conflicts. The organizations efforts aim to increase awareness that it is in the best interest of Israelis and Palestinians to negotiate directly in order to reach a realistic, dignified, and sustainable 2-state solution in which both peoples can build a brighter future, as is embodied in the model Geneva Accord.
