The Alabama African American Heritage Sites Consortium is a new organization with a three-year track record of successful programs and funding raising. The Consortium is a collaboration between civil rights sites in Birmingham, Montgomery, Selma and the Black Belt. Launched as a project in 2017, we incorporated as an independent nonprofit organization in 2020. If selected for this position, you will be an integral part of building this organization.
