The Community Group (TCG) has four primary programs: a network of day care centers and family childcare homes; a child care resource and referral program that maintains a data base of licensed childcare in the Merrimack Valley and sells data and child care counseling to various classes of customers; a large training and professional development program for teachers and child care workers and finally; a public charter school for grades K-8. The agency employs over 300 people and has been in operation since 1969. Agency management prides itself on the entrepreneurial philosophy with which it operates and in the high quality of the service it provides.
