Bridges From School to Work was founded by the Marriott Family in 1989. We are an organization dedicated to "transforming the lives of young adults with disabilities through the power of a job." We work with young people who have an IEP, 504 Plan, or any type of diagnosed disability to help them find a path to competitive employment. We focus on abilities, not disabilities. Our services range from pre-employment skills training to retention assistance and everything in between, such as career exploration, resume creation, application assistance, interview preparation, and mentoring.
