St. Margaret's House is affordable housing property serving low income elderly and disabled persons in Lower Manhattan. SMH is committed to providing its residents with a quality of life that enables them to be active and engaged, and to live independently in a safe and well-maintained environment. SMH is also a presence in the community, offering meeting space and classes to the surrounding neighborhood.
