At the Fund for the Public Interest our mission is to provide support to the nation's top progressive organizations. We raise funds, build membership and run political campaigns for groups like the Sierra Club, the state PIRGs and the Human Rights Campaign. Since 1982, Fund staff have raised over $300 million for progressive nonprofits and helped win legislative victories on issues like clean air, forest preservation, and democracy.
