Girl Scouts of Eastern Iowa and Western Illinois is the premier leadership development program for girls ages 5 to 17 in 31 counties of eastern Iowa and seven counties in western Illinois. With guidance from dedicated volunteers, girls participate in a range of programs that allow them to discover by exploring their world; connect by caring about, inspiring and teaming with others locally and globally; and taking action to make the world a better place.
We serve 19,000 girls and 4,500 adults, and have approximately 70 staff members in five offices. We operate four camps.
Our vision is to offer every girl the opportunity to join Girl Scouts; when she does we will exceed her expectations. Our mission is to build girls of courage, confidence and character who make the world a better place.
