The Sierra Group Foundation is a Pennsylvania nonprofit dedicated to driving up employment for People with Disabilities. Our flagship program, the Sierra Group Academy, holds classes in-person at our Philadelphia location and remote throughout the state. These technology and business classes for adults with disabilities seeking to enter or re-enter the workforce are coupled with job search and job coaching services. Supporting our efforts are our strong commitments to customized solutions, assistive technology, and professional relationships with employers in Southeastern Pennsylvania and beyond.
