    Foundation for self reliance-Ghana-(Fouser-Ghana) is a local, voluntary, non-profitable development oriented non-governmental organization. It operates in the lambussie district of the upper west region.

    As a development partner in the poorest and less privileged region in Ghana, Fouser-Ghana works in four thematic areas of:

    1. Human rights, human security and good governance 2. Rural basic education 3. Gender, HIV/AIDS, maternal health and integrated management of childhood illnesses. 4. Rural Agriculture and Environment conservation.

    With the help of communities, local leaders and other organizations we work to empower the vulnerable (women children and the youth) to be better placed in society to enable them turn the most often challenging condition under which they live into opportunities for self development.
