The Mission of Thistle Communities is to create, manage and preserve quality, permanently affordable homes for working families, seniors, and people with disabilities.
Thistle is a local mission-driven nonprofit with 1,077 Thistle Affordable Ownership and Rental Homes in Boulder County, housing over 1,700 people. We've been around for over 35 years, and we continue to grow. Thistle is in a unique position to improve and increase the quality and quantity of housing for working families and economically disadvantaged people.
