We are excited to announce an opportunity for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Finance and Human Resources Coordinator. The successful candidate should have excellent organizational skills and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for an individual who is detail-oriented and has a strong understanding of basic accounting principles and who will be committed to our nonprofit mission to serve.
The Finance & HR Coordinator will be responsible for supporting administrative functions within TASK’s finance and Human Resources department, including maintenance of accounts payable and accounts receivable, daily financial entries, payroll processing and assisting with HR administration. The staff member will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with GAAP standards while supporting the Finance Manager and HR Director. The ideal candidate will have experience with accrual accounting, balance sheet reconciliation, audit preparation and QuickBooks or other accounting software systems; along with exposure to HR administration. This is a full-time, salaried position.
