Organize program procedures with the intent of providing a college career-bound mentality.
Provide leadership in the planning, implementation, and coordination of programs.
Coordinate and provide support to grant writers.
Supervise and train staff, interns, and volunteers.
Assist with coordinating and implementing 25 yearly events.
Act as the point of contact between specific collaborators.
Produce reports, and oversee marketing materials.
Assist with fundraising, by inviting funders to events.
Responsible for College Readiness, and Alumni retention.
