We respectfullyserve and support children and families and supervise youth in a responsivecommunity-based system of care that is client-centered, family-focused, andculturally competent. Youth Services provides assistance to youth in foster care in successfully transitioning into adult living; promotes the safety of youth; and promotes positive youth development.
