The Bayas Firm, PLLC

I own a consumer protection firm focused on car warranty, lemon law, auto fraud, and auto financing fraud. The firm's mission is to provide high-level legal services to consumers and push businesses to follow consumer protection laws. Half of our clients are on a contingency payment structure because we believe that consumers deserve legal representation even if they cannot afford it or it is cost prohibitive. We also participate in pursuing legislation protecting consumers. The firm makes a monthly donation to the Brooklyn Debate League.
