Compassionate Hearts Services Mission is to manage the utilization and stabilization of complex psychiatric cases; who represent the urgent-non emergent population, and are at the highest risk of suicide, homelessness and relapse.

We understand when people are experiencing a crisis and personal distress there may seem that there is no solutions to their problems.

We work in assisting the individual have hope and know there is always a solution to the problem with our support and their determination.

Our multidisciplinary team of therapist, case managers and peer support provide assistance directly and along with the patient in connecting them with appropriate referral resources.

We connect our patients with proper resources that will assist in the stabilization of the patient and follow up with their aftercare to assure patient has reached their goals to be stabilized and to prevent future crisis episodes.
