Bellsong exists to answer a simple question: Why is it so hard to find a great therapist? Our initial product is a directory of amazing therapists in NYC. We've seen first hand how much of a difference the right clinician can make and we've also experienced how much time you can waste with the wrong therapist.
This is an extremely early-stage, pre-launch, business. Our ambition is not to be a massive high-growth startup. Instead, we're interested in building a profitable enterprise that sells a quality product and makes enough to treat its employees well.
Our founder, Alex Godin, (that's me writing this post) has a long career founding businesses. He's raised millions of dollars of venture capital, launched non-profits that serve hundreds of thousands of hungry Americans and built celebrity telethons with everyone from Joseph Gordon Levitt to Jane Fonda.
