The team at Steady State, an independently owned small business, has more than fifteen years of experience working alongside state and local government, C-suite private sector, philanthropic, and nonprofit executives to implement strategic solutions that have quickly resulted in meeting key goals and progress measures while achieving impactful outcomes for those they intend to serve.
Steady State strongly believes that if social sector organizations are going to maximize their resources to drive impacts, they must focus on their critical leverage points and attend to the systemic interdependencies within their organization and the landscape in which they operate. Steady State helps organizations find those leverage points, design strategies and tactics for organizational effectiveness, and improve outcomes based on key performance indicators. For this to occur, there is a recognition that the co-development of strategic plans and processes with the client and the community being served is critical to the ultimate success of any strategic initiative being implemented.
Founded in 2021, Steady State currently supports 25+ clients (public/private sector institutions, social sector nonprofits, and philanthropic institutions) operating in ten states to develop work ranging from pragmatic strategic plans in the Covid recovery, growing the capacity of state agencies, and developing solutions and frameworks to drive organizational effectiveness and coordination across sectors to create solutions for complex challenges. Additionally, Steady State has a deep understanding of how to build relationships in complex environments and has supported and engaged with a number of national leaders over the past decade. These relationships have led to meaningful impacts for clients and constituencies and serve as a building block for rapid national growth.
