Change Impact

Change Impact was founded with the goal of building capacity in mission-driven organizations by providing high-quality on-demand talent and training services. Our mission is to help social impact organizations achieve results and advance equity. Since launching in April 2017, Change Impact has trained over 35,000 professionals, raised $197 million in grant funding for clients, and designed organizational, program, and DEIA strategies for more than 120 partners ranging from start-up nonprofits to school districts to socially-conscious companies. Our asynchronous training platform, Change Up Learning, represents an innovative, technology-driven approach to professional learning in education and youth development.

In 2021, Change Impact was recognized by Forbes as among the 1,000 top up-and-coming businesses and was a UPenn Education Business Plan competition semi-finalist. Our team was intentionally built to be diverse, representing a wide range of personal and professional experiences. Change Impact is a New York State-certified minority- and woman-owned business.
