• Training & Facilitation, such as identification and replacement of structural and oppressive practices with healthy and generative systems, prevention and mitigation of burnout and vicarious trauma, and creation/sustainment of rigorous, curious, supportive teams

• Coaching & Support, to include individual and team support, mediative and/or reparative conversations, Dare to Lead™ facilitation, and interim executive leadership
