ESTUDYANTE PARTYLIST

ESTUDYANTE PARTYLIST is an organized group which was established on April 8, 2022. The organization envisions to be a DYNAMIC AND ACCOMPLISHED STUDENTS FOR A GREAT PHILIPPINES 2050, it shall pursue to fulfill the members aspirations and achieve the organization's thrust for a brighter future.

The ESTUDYANTE PARTYLIST have the following objectives:

(a.) To assist student-members complete the undergraduate degree;

(b) To support in times of financial difficulties necessary for his/her educational preparations;

(c) To provide assistance for individual capacity, skills and talent utilization;

(d)To enhance the individual capacity, skills and talent thru trainings, seminars and workshop;

(e) To continuously established community development initiatives, programs and projects;

(f) To assist the government to encourage the young people to go back to school;

(g) To provide healthy information that shall encourage grater participation of youth in nation-building;

In pursuit of its vision, the ESTUDYANTE PARTYLIST is committed to empowering young individuals to become active contributors to the country's growth and development. The organization believes that the youth is the key to a brighter future, and therefore, it is dedicated to providing the necessary support and resources to unlock their full potential.

The ESTUDYANTE PARTYLIST also recognizes the importance of collaboration and partnership in achieving its objectives. As such, it seeks to establish strong ties with various stakeholders, including government agencies, non-government organizations, and private institutions, to ensure a collective effort towards the empowerment of the youth.

Through its programs and activities, the ESTUDYANTE PARTYLIST aims to promote academic excellence, leadership development, and community service among its members. The organization also seeks to provide a platform for the youth to express their opinions, ideas, and concerns, and to participate in the decision-making process that affects their lives.

In addition, the ESTUDYANTE PARTYLIST is committed to promoting a culture of volunteerism, social responsibility, and environmental sustainability among its members. The organization believes that by instilling these values in the youth, it can help create a better future for the Philippines.

A youth serving organization, the ESTUDYANTE PARTYLIST also aligned with the Republic Act No. 8044 otherwise known as "The Youth In Nation Building Act" and significantly serves the young professionals for its various programs, projects and activities.

The ESTUDYANTE PARTYLIST is governed by a set of core values that guide its operations and decision-making processes. These values include excellence, integrity, accountability, transparency, and social responsibility. The organization is committed to upholding these values in all its endeavors, and to ensuring that its programs and activities are aligned with its vision and mission.

In conclusion, the ESTUDYANTE PARTYLIST is a dynamic and forward-thinking organization that is dedicated to empowering the youth and promoting their active participation in nation-building. With its clear vision, well-defined objectives, and strong commitment to its core values, the organization is poised to make a significant impact in the lives of young Filipinos and in the development of the country.

ESTUDYANTE PARTYLIST extends services to the following youth categories:

(1) In-School Youth - enrolled students from any educational institutions covered by the Senior High School, Undergraduate, Graduate and Post-Graduate Program;

(2) Working Youth - employed young individuals who are presently enrolled or intended to pursue and finish their studies;

(3) Youth with Special Needs and Disabilities - young individuals who are diagnosed with special needs who are presently enrolled or intended to pursue and finish their studies;

(4) Youth with Early Parenting - young people with early parenting who are presently enrolled or intended to pursue and finish their studies;

(5) Alternative Learning System Students - enrolled from the Alternative Learning System (ALS);

(6) Out-of-School Youth - those who are not attending school programs in Junior and Senior High School and have not completed college or post-secondary courses;

ESTUDYANTE PARTYLIST is a self-sustaining organization and does not receive funding, assistance, or support from the government, foreign parties or organizations, foundations, or religious sects or denominations. It operates independently, ensuring that its goals and objectives are achieved without external influence.

It does not advocate violence or any unlawful means to seek its intentions, goals, and objectives to further support the organization's purposes. Instead, it adheres to a philosophy of non-violence, promoting peaceful and constructive dialogue to address the needs and concerns of the youth.

The organization's primary purpose is to provide a platform for the youth to participate actively in nation-building, social development, and community service. By empowering the youth, ESTUDYANTE PARTYLIST aims to create a better future for the next generation, where they can thrive and reach their full potential.

To achieve this, ESTUDYANTE PARTYLIST offers a range of programs and services, including:

* Education and Skills Development: Providing access to quality education, skills training, and capacity-building programs to equip the youth with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their chosen fields.

* Leadership and Governance: Developing the leadership skills of the youth, enabling them to take on leadership roles and participate actively in governance and decision-making processes.

Article II. Vision, Mission and Objectives

Section 1. The organization shall envision to BE A DYNAMIC AND ACCOMPLISHED STUDENTS FOR A GREAT PHILIPPINES 2050

Section 2. The organization shall pursue to FULFILL THE MEMBERS ASPIRATIONS AND ACHIEVE THE ORGANIZATION’S THRUST FOR A BRIGHTER PHILIPPINES.

Section 3. The organization shall have the following objectives: 

a.   TO ASSIST STUDENT-MEMBERS COMPLETE THE UNDERGRADUATE DEGREE;

b.   TO SUPPORT IN TIMES OF FINANCIAL DIFFICULTIES NECESSARY FOR HIS/HER EDUCATIONAL PREPARATION;

c.   TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE FOR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, SKILLS AND TALENT UTILIZATION;

d.   TO ENHANCE THE INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, SKILLS AND TALENT THRU TRAININGS, SEMINARS AND WORKSHOPS;

e.   TO CONTINUOUSLY ESTABLISHED COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVES, PROGRAMS AND PROJECTS;

f.    TO ASSIST THE GOVERNMENT TO ENCOURAGE THE YOUNG PEOPLE TO GO BACK TO SCHOOL;

g.   TO PROVIDE HEALTHY INFORMATION THAT SHALL ENCOURAGE GREATER PARTICIPATION OF YOUTH IN NATION-BUILDING.
