Happy Mind Zone is an organization founded in July 2023 by two high school students aspiring to raise mental health awareness and build a supportive community for youths and families in the Bay Area. Started as an Instagram platform @happymindzone in July 2023, we have been promoting education, sharing resources, and hosting community events to provide support and empower individuals to prioritize their mental well-being. Our goal is to eradicate the stigma surrounding mental health illnesses and create a safe space for those who are navigating their journey to a healthy mental mindset.
