Position Summary:
The Associate Director of Business Operations will oversee and enhance the organization's business operations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. This role will focus on optimizing processes, managing key projects, leading a team to achieve operational excellence, and spearheading fundraising initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize business operations.
- Oversee the execution of key business projects and initiatives.
- Manage and mentor a team of business operations professionals.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational activities with organizational goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business processes and make recommendations for improvements.
- Prepare and present operational reports and insights to senior leadership.
- Develop and execute fundraising strategies to support the organization's financial goals.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors and funding partners.
- Prepare grant proposals, sponsorship packages, and fundraising materials.
- Organize and manage fundraising events and campaigns.
- Track and report on fundraising performance, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in operations management and process optimization.
- Experience in developing and implementing successful fundraising strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
