Your safety and well-being are our top priorities. Our dedicated local coordinators and staff are committed to ensuring your comfort, safety, and unforgettable experiences. From the moment you arrive, exciting adventures await you!

Daily Schedule at the Project:

Depending on your chosen project, your day typically starts at 7 am with morning tea. The main meal is served around 9:30 am, followed by meaningful work at the project site. The standard workweek is six days, with Saturdays off, providing a balanced and fulfilling volunteering experience.

Accommodation & Meals:

During volunteering, you'll stay with a local family, offering a private room with basic amenities. Three meals a day, featuring Dal Bhat Tarkari, are provided. Families often have Wi-Fi, western toilets, and hot showers. For the trek, accommodations are arranged in local tea houses. Bottled water or filtered/boiled water can be requested.

6. 3 days Jungle safari (Chitwan Jungle Safari package): 2 nights accommodation in a jungle resort, 6 Meals (2 breakfast, 2 lunch & 2 dinner), Elephant back safari, Jungle walk, Tharu cultural dance, Tharu village walk, Bird watching, Canoe ride, Elephant breeding center visit
7. Half-day white water rafting
8. 2 nights accommodation in Pokhara
9. 4 days trekking (Pokhara Trekking Package): 2 nights accommodation in Pokhara, A professional trekking guide, 2 nights accommodation in the mountain, Food provided during the trek, Trekking permit, TIMS permit, Public transportation, 3 meals a day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) while trekking, Public transport back to Kathmandu.
