Encinitas Educational Foundation

The Encinitas Educational Foundation is a private non-profit fundraising organization that promotes and supports the students of the Encinitas Union School District.

The Foundation works cooperatively and collaboratively with the District and community to provide equal opportunity to all nine schools in the District as guided by the District's Strategic Plan.

EEF has built partnerships that nourish local schools in many ways. Since a group of parents and community members established EEF as a nonprofit in 1987, the Foundation has provided funding for programs in music and art, and for equipment such as computers and technology support. The EEF continues to provide schools with money, grants, scholarships, endowments and services suited to various school site needs and requests.

The Encinitas Educational Foundation enriches education for the children of Encinitas and Carlsbad. Together, parents join with business and community leaders to contribute money and other resources to the public schools.
