Breast Cancer Care & Research Fund

The highest priorities of the Breast Cancer Care & Research Fund (BCCRF) are to improve the level of care and the quality of life for breast cancer patients. BCCRF believes that better breast cancer education will empower women to seek an earlier diagnosis and understand the pros and cons of their treatment options.

BCCRF’s educational objective includes providing information on new advances in diagnosis, treatments, available resources, leading edge treatment centers and assistance in treatment choices, especially to women who live in medically underserved and ethnically diverse communities. BCCRF uses all available communication tools to accomplish this most important objective. They include the Internet (www.breastlink.org), presentations, symposiums, and a free newsletter, BreastLink.org.

BCCRF’s research goal is to support protocols of promise, facilitate research projects, evaluate treatment options, and compile and publish research papers.
