Education Pioneers recruits, develops, and connects professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds to build the education sector’s management and leadership capacity necessary to make public education a lever for equity. With a staff of over 20 team members (positioned to double in size over the next five years), we are proud to bring our values to work every day to advance equity and in support of our Fellows, Alumni, and Partners. Over the past 15 years in partnership with over 750 education organizations, Education Pioneers has recruited and trained 4,300 leaders, half of whom are leaders of color and more than 70 percent of whom continue to lead or contribute to work in the education sector.
