The Alex House Project is multifaceted programs designed and led by young mothers. The Alex House Project provides parenting and leadership support for pregnant and/or parenting young mothers.
The Alex House Project believes in young mothers. The program approaches young mothers with a positive perspective. The Alex House Project believes that if young mothers feel a sense of belonging, have access to services, learn new skills, are given a chance to develop as leaders, and are provided unconditional support that they will demonstrate self efficacy, have the courage to take healthy risks, and have a positive sense of self and future. By providing access to services offered from The Alex House Project, This concept will ultimately increase educational values, and proper parenting skills.
