Catholic Homes New York

Association of New York Catholic Homes (ANYCH) and New York Institute for Human Development (IHD) together are known as Catholic Homes New York. ANYCH is committed to the preservation and development of low-income housing for seniors, families, and persons with special needs. In partnership with its affiliated agency, IHD, ANYCH provides oversight to housing companies and supports the development, preservation, and community building of residential communities through extensive technical assistance, consulting, compliance monitoring and financial support services.

Currently Catholic Homes New York encompass 20 local housing entities, in New York City and Westchester County, that own and manage more than 2,700 low-income housing units. In addition, approximately 2,000 units of low-income family, senior and special needs housing are under construction or in the pipeline for development.
