Northern Children’s Services supports the healthy development of children, while stabilizing their families to build stronger communities.
Our theory of change…
We help children and their families do better today, so that we all do better tomorrow. Everything we do at Northern Children’s Services is designed to ensure a more promising future for children and is driven by our belief that every child possesses inherent value, potential, and the ability to transform him or herself – regardless of his or her background or life circumstances. If we invest in that potential through child welfare and behavioral health services that emphasize safety, health, permanency, self-sufficiency and positive relationships, then the children will lead happier, healthier, and more productive lives and contribute to society in meaningful ways.
